Apparently, Greg Popovich complained and therefore Flo Rida got booted from the NBA finals. He was told by the NBA that he was cheering to much during the game. Now that is stupid, the Spurs have to be able to play through all that I mean they shoot free throws with a loud arena.

I don't believe this complaint at all there as to be more to the story.
