Doesn't this look good. Makes me want one. Ice cream sandwiches are so good during the summer if you want to make a home made one the recipe is simple but I don't know how good it will turn out.

But hey its ice cream, and it beats a pop sickle any day! They are truly the best summer desert you can have.
