Ri Ri might be going under the knife because its reported that Chris Brown wants to make a few changes to her body.
 The National Enquirer, says that Chris Brown wants Rihanna to get breast implants now we don't know how true that is but that's what it sounds like.

Rhianna is reported to be controlled by Chris Brown and she will do anything to make him happy. Ri Ri has joked about getting breast implants but her friends say that she has never been serious enough to go under the knife. Chris has told Rhianna that she would look "really hot" if she got bigger boobs.

    I think she shouldn't go under the knife just because Chris wants that. Any woman should have plastic surgery only if that's what she really wants.
    For me it was very hard to decide if a breast augmentation surgery in Toronto is what I need in order to boost my self confidence. After a little research I had the surgery and it proved to worth all the efforts, including the financial one, because I'm sure everyone knows the procedure is not very cheap. But to fulfill an old dream, any sacrifice is less important.
