Chris Brown Arrested in Washington DC

Chris brown is once again in trouble with the law being arrested in Washington DC. He got into a fight with a 35 year old male at 4:25 am. He punched the guy in the face.

When is this guy going to learn that violence is not the answer to anything and people aren’t going to change? I think he needs a year in jail to be honest.
