The Detroit Lions select P Sam Martin (App State) with their fifth-round pick (165).

Did they need one is my question?

I guess it couldn't hurt, can he kick field goals?

Its going to be an interesting Detroit Lions season. Lets see if they can make the playoffs or beat their 4-12 season last year.
