Cowboy's DT Josh Brent get one count of intoxication manslaughter for killing teammate Jerry Brown in a car carsh. Bent's BAC was .18 when he was driving that is twice the limit, a witness claims that Brent made no attempt to save his friend from the car.

Then Brent showed up on the Cowboys sideline for a game with team completely unaware, and he was subsequently banned from doing that again.
