Working out and bad breath
Working out and bad breath

I know it might be silly but experts say that working out can cause bad breath, though there is no scientific evidence to support this the reason why people get bad breath when working out is because they become dehydrated and their mouth dries up.

There are ways to kick the bad breath and you don’t have to chomp over and over on gum and breath mints. Before you hit the gym its suggest to use all-natural mouthwash to get rid of the bacteria. Stay away from the mouthwash that has alcohol in it because it may do more harm than good.

Alcohol naturally makes the mouth dry up, so its always good to have a bottle of water with you to keep your mouth moist. Water will keep you hydrated you don’t want to end up like lil’ wayne and also keep your breath from stinking.

Make sure you brush your teeth twice a day and scrape your tongue it will get rid of the bacteria in your mouth and keep it fresh. The best way to brush your teeth is with an electric toothbrush. Because most electric toothbrushes have timers on them and people really don’t brush their teeth for the right amount of time and an electric toothbrush removes more plaque.

If you are experience bad breath when you work out there are a few things that you can do such as lower your sugar intake for the day. If you chew gum at the gym make sure that its sugar-free gum because that can add to your bateria for bad breath.
