Notre Dame 3 OT win
Notre Dame Beats Pitt in 3 OT's
Notre Dame lookout in the game against Pitt down 20 to 12 when Notre Dame threw a end zone inception.

Notre Dame need a few big plays and just a little luck to keep their national title hopes alive. Today they just got enough of both.

Notre Dame has their best record since 1993 when they finished No. 2. Pitt missed a potential winning field goal today. The Irish defense held, and Golson completed a 45-yard pass to DaVaris Daniels to the Pitt 5.

Coach Kelly urged his team to play better at home, and it seemed to work today. All five Notre Dame home games this season have been decided by a touchdown or less, Notre Dame looked to take an early lead but seemed to fall off a little bit but regained to win in the 3rd overtime to stay undefeated at 9-0.
